Conference
You can make Conference from an existing call and add the required number of new participants.
How to create Сonference?
1. Сlick Add to conference button on Active Calls window during the conversation. The current call will be replaced by Conference.
2. Create new call or use existing one for adding to the Conference. Make sure the party is ready to talk and click Add to Conference button.
3. The third participant has joined in the Conference:
How to end the Conference?
Click End Call red button in Conference element:
How to end conversation with one of the Conference participants?
Click End Call red button opposite the Conference participant name. The Conference with other participants will continue.
How to exclude the participant from Conference and continue the conversation with him?
Click Delete from conference button opposite the Conference participant. The conversation is moved to a separate call on hold. Conference with other participants will continue.
How to put the Conference on hold?
1. Click Hold button of Conference element on Active calls or Floating window.
2. To resume the Conference click Unhold button of Conference element on Active calls or Floating window.
