Hold and unhold an active call

1. During the call click Hold button in the Active Calls window or in the Floating Window:

Put the call on hold in Active Calls window

Put the call on hold in the Floating Window

If you can't see Hold button in the Floating Window, click More actions button:

Show more actions in the Floating Window

2. The person you're talking to will be listening to the music on hold.

3. Click Unhold in the Active Calls window or in the Floating Window to resume the call:
